Karpagam C Ramdass was a born entrepreneur in the year 1938 who rose to fame by pioneering Karpagam Aabarna Māligai, the 1st JEWELLERY STORE OF CROSS CUT ROAD in 1971. Taking immense pride in being the 1st jewellery store at the entrance of Cross Cut Road, it was inaugurated by Cine Super Stars Gemini Ganeshan and Rajshree.
